Small Things | Gratitude

Breaking in to the habit of practicing gratitude on a regular basis was something that didn't come naturally to me. It's not that I'm not grateful - but living with anxiety and depression can make me turn inward and focus on the negative much more that the positive. 

One small way that I've been practicing at attitude of gratitude is to write letters. Letters to friends, family, clients, customers, new acquaintances simply thanking them and sharing how grateful I am to have these people in my life.
